Limey Melon Smoothie

For the limey melon smoothie, you will need:

  • 1 1/2 cups watermelon
  • 1 1/2 cups honeydew melon
  • 2 limes
  • 1 cup vanilla lowfat yoghurt
  • 1 cup ice cubes

1 cup = about a quarter of the final amount of smoothie

Slice the melons and remove the skin. Squeeze the limes to get the juice out of them. Pour in the yoghurt and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Serves 4!
