Crantastic

Full of zest, a real 'pick me up'!

  • Handful of cranberries
  • 250ml cranberry juice
  • Handful of grapes
  • 400ml of natural yoghurt
  • Handful of ice

Prepare cranberries (remove stalks and wash), add all ingrediants to smoothiemaker- smooth, pour, drink, wake up!

This smoothie can be made without the cranberries, just add more juice to taste.
Grapes sweeten the smoothie but are not essential.
