Breakfast Smoothie


For this super sharp breakfast smoothie that will be sure to wake you up in the morning you will need:

  • 2 kiwi fruit
  • 1 grapefruit + 1 blood grapefruit
  • 2 limes
  • 250g natural bio yoghurt
  • 6-8 ice cubes

Quarter the kiwis and limes. Peel the grapefruits. Pour the yoghurt into the Smoothie Maker. Put the rest of the fruit into the Smoothie Maker along with the ice cubes. Mix it all up to smoothie consistency, this should take about 30 seconds. Turn the Smoothie Maker on to help ease out the smoothie as you pour it into a glass.

This fruit smoothie is super tangy, and if you're not a fan of citrus fruits this may not be the smoothie for you. You could try mixing and matching the fruits about, for example adding some melon instead of the grapefruit to make it less of a citrus smoothie.
