Going mobile the smoothie way

Hi guys
I have recently seen a guy in a car boot sale making smoothies from a van, chopping the fruit as he went along, not very hygenically dipping the jug in a basin of used water, netherless a very good idea. Has anyone seen this, I would like some more info on this subject on going mobile with smoothies.....
