In these week's show we bring you a super sharp breakfast smoothie that's sure to get you ready for a hard day at work or school.

Limey Melon Smoothie

For the limey melon smoothie, you will need:

  • 1 1/2 cups watermelon
  • 1 1/2 cups honeydew melon
  • 2 limes
  • 1 cup vanilla lowfat yoghurt
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Breakfast Smoothie

For this super sharp breakfast smoothie that will be sure to wake you up in the morning you will need:

  • 2 kiwi fruit
  • 1 grapefruit + 1 blood grapefruit
  • 2 limes
  • 250g natural bio yoghurt
  • 6-8 ice cubes
